Executive Assistant
Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide proactive, high-level support to the CEO and CFO.
This is a key role requiring exceptional organisation, sound judgement and discretion. The successful candidate will manage complex diaries, competing priorities and executive logistics, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of executive activities.
The role
As a trusted partner to the CEO and CFO, you will:
Proactively manage diaries, meetings and priorities to maximise efficiency and effective use of time.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, bookings and supporting logistics.
Prepare and distribute accurate, professional documents, reports, meeting packs, presentations and briefing materials.
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building effective working relationships on behalf of the executives.
Anticipate executive needs, exercise sound judgement and resolve issues proactively.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Provide administrative and coordination support for meetings, projects and wider business priorities.
Undertake other duties appropriate to the role as required.

Candidates should demonstrate:
Significant experience supporting senior leaders or C-suite executives in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Strong experience managing complex diaries, travel arrangements, meetings and changing priorities.
The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
Strong organisational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing demands.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, polished documents and presentations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
