The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven PPC Account Manager to join a specialist team where performance, innovation and collaboration are at the core.
You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing paid media strategies, working closely with clients to deliver campaigns that genuinely impact their business growth. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, data-led environment where your ideas and insights make a difference, this role offers plenty of scope to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and implement results-driven PPC strategies aligned to client objectives
Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and other platforms (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
Analyse performance data and optimise campaigns for continuous improvement
Communicate strategy and results to clients in a clear and engaging way
Identify new opportunities for growth across both new and existing accounts
Build strong, long-term client relationships
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across paid and organic channels
Support and mentor junior team members
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
Minimum 2 years’ experience managing PPC campaigns
Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong copywriting skills with great attention to detail
Highly organised with strong time management skills
Desirable:
Agency experience
Experience across Paid Social platforms
Understanding of wider digital channels (SEO, email, social)
Google Ads certification
