Property Manager - Belfast
We are seeking an organised and proactive Property Manager to join our busy estate agency team. You will manage a portfolio of residential properties, acting as the key point of contact for landlords and tenants while ensuring properties are maintained and compliant with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of rental properties and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors
Carry out property inspections and handle tenancy renewals
Ensure compliance with property legislation and safety requirements
Requirements
Previous property management or lettings experience preferred
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
