The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Digital Account Manager / Account Handler within a digital agency environment who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Reporting directly to the Client Services Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing and developing existing client accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of digital projects and contributing to ongoing business growth. You’ll work in a supportive, modern environment with exposure to emerging technologies and the opportunity to contribute ideas and shape how client services are delivered.
A flexible hybrid working model is a core part of this role, with only 1–2 days per week required in the office, making it ideal for someone seeking autonomy and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Account Management
Lead the day-to-day management and development of client accounts
Oversee the delivery of websites, web applications, digital campaigns, ongoing website support and other digital projects
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a consistently high standard of service
Project Coordination
Liaise with designers, UX specialists and developers to ensure accurate delivery of projects
Manage timelines, scope and budgets across multiple digital projects
Ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams
Client Experience & Growth
Maintain outstanding levels of client satisfaction
Support agency business development through involvement in presentations, proposals and tender responses (with a strong focus on quality over quantity)
Respond to client communications in a timely, professional and accurate manner
Administration & Best Practice
Manage quotes, reporting and invoicing accurately
Stay up to date with digital trends, technologies and best practice
Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the studio
Required Experience & Skills
5+ years’ experience in a digital agency environment, ideally managing large or complex client accounts
Experience contributing to new business development within an agency setting
Strong hands-on digital knowledge, with depth in at least one digital discipline
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Marketing or Business-related degree
Digital marketing qualification (desirable but not essential)
