Media Executive

Whytematter Staffing Solution is working exclusively with an award-winning independent advertising agency to recruit a Media Executive for their Belfast media team.

This role is ideal for someone early in their media career looking to gain hands-on experience across integrated campaigns.

The Role

  • Support planning, buying and delivery of campaigns across TV, BVOD, CTV, Outdoor, Audio and Print

  • Manage bookings, assets and supplier communications

  • Track campaign performance and support reporting using GA4 / Looker Studio

  • Assist with research, insights and integrated digital activity

  • Support purchase orders, invoicing and media spend tracking

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in a media or marketing role

  • Exposure to at least two media channels

  • Basic analytics and reporting experience (GA4 preferred)

  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Desirable

  • Agency experience

  • Looker Studio, UTM tracking or Google Ads certification
