Whytematter Staffing Solution is working exclusively with an award-winning independent advertising agency to recruit a Digital Performance Executive for their Belfast-based media team.

This role is ideal for a performance-focused digital marketer with agency experience who enjoys optimising campaigns, analysing data and delivering measurable results for clients.

The Role

• Plan, set up, monitor and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns

• Manage day-to-day campaign administration, pacing and budgets

• Analyse performance and deliver clear insights and recommendations

• Liaise with media suppliers and internal agency teams

• Support media planning, forecasting, billing and purchase orders

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in a digital performance role (agency preferred)

• Strong experience across Google Ads, GA4 and paid social platforms

• Working knowledge of Programmatic, Display, CTV, Audio and Partnerships

• Proven optimisation, reporting and budget management skills

• Google Ads and GA4 certified

• Strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills

• Excellent communication and attention to detail

Desirable

• Experience with DSPs, CM360, SEO/GEO, Looker Studio or audience research tools
