Marketing Specialist
Job Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who can elevate brand presence across multiple channels and deliver high-impact paid digital campaigns for both the organisation and its clients. You'll help define how we show up to senior and board-level decision-makers, ensuring every message lands with clarity and resonance.
Working closely with internal teams, you’ll turn strategic thinking into compelling content, sharp campaigns, and measurable outcomes. You’ll lead and optimise paid activity across key digital platforms, combining creativity with discipline to bring brands to life with purpose, precision and impact.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain a strong brand presence across multiple channels, delivering campaigns that clearly communicate value to senior and board-level audiences.
Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns for selected clients, ensuring activity is well-targeted, effective and measurable.
Bring an evidence-based understanding of customer priorities and ensure all content and campaigns reflect real needs and motivations.
Engage and motivate internal teams, ensuring clear communication and consistent brand delivery.
Develop creative, platform-appropriate content ideas for social media, email, website pages, events and more.
Collaborate with colleagues to shape and execute effective marketing strategies for multiple clients.
Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to optimise and improve paid activity.
Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure spend delivers strong return on investment.
Track key metrics such as traffic, engagement, lead generation, goal completion and ROAS.
Prepare and present confident, insightful performance reports.
Build and run paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and Google.
Focus split: Approximately 60:40 between company-level and client-level marketing activity.
Essential Experience
4+ years in a marketing or communications role.
3+ years managing paid campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn.
Proven ability to turn customer insight into effective marketing activity.
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, including briefing and managing internal teams.
Experience running digital campaigns across multiple channels.
Proficiency in GA4, Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn paid advertising.
Experience using AI tools to streamline research and content creation processes.
A creative mindset paired with commercial awareness — focused on outcomes, not just ideas.
Desirable Experience
Agency experience.
Experience setting up and managing PPC campaigns.
