Digital Specialist
We’re looking for an innovative and proactive Digital Specialist to join our dynamic Digital Marketing team. This role focuses on managing Google, Bing, and Facebook advertising campaigns for a range of eCommerce clients across diverse industries and international markets.
As part of the team, you’ll play a key role in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies, driving performance, and delivering measurable results. You’ll collaborate closely with consultants and internal teams to provide exceptional client account management, project delivery, and strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client Google, Bing, and Facebook Advertising accounts, delivering strong ROI across Search, Shopping, and Display campaigns.
Ensure clients maximise value from digital marketing and conversion optimisation strategies.
Liaise with clients, attend meetings, and present campaign performance updates.
Translate client goals into impactful digital marketing strategies and actionable plans.
Conduct keyword and audience research, competitor analysis, and channel performance reporting.
Support the wider team in developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies.
Collaborate on conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives and eCommerce growth projects.
Provide client support, advice, and training as needed.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in paid media and eCommerce.
Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and explore new tools to enhance client success and team efficiency.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Social Media advertising campaigns.
Strong time management and organisational abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated creativity, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
Awareness of emerging digital marketing and eCommerce technologies.
Proficient in Excel and online productivity tools.
Analytical mindset with both quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills
Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications.
Facebook Blueprint certification.
2+ years of professional experience in eCommerce, retail, digital marketing, or communications.
Broader omni-channel experience (SEO, email marketing, content, or community management).
Familiarity with Google Workspace and related productivity tools.
