Whytematter Staffing Solutions are delighted to be supporting our client in the recruitment of an experienced Product Portfolio Manager to lead and grow their expanding homeware product categories.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, design-led business that values creativity, collaboration and continuous improvement. You’ll take ownership of your category, shaping its direction, driving growth, and ensuring a strong commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the category strategy, with clear goals for sales, margin and market share.

• Curate and manage the product mix across cushions, throws and other homeware lines.

• Develop pricing and promotional strategies to maximise profitability.

• Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate effectively on cost, quality and lead times.

• Analyse sales performance and customer data to inform decisions and identify opportunities.

• Collaborate with senior management to report insights and drive business performance.

About You

• 3–5+ years’ experience in category management, buying, or merchandising.

• Strong commercial and analytical skills.

• Confident negotiator with excellent communication abilities.

• Passion for product, trends and design.

• Experience within interiors, home décor or e-commerce is highly desirable.
