We’re looking for a motivated Business Development & Fundraising Officer to play a key role in generating income and building partnerships that help our work grow and thrive.
🔑 What you’ll do
Research and secure grants, tenders, and funding opportunities
Write and submit high-quality applications and reports
Build positive relationships with funders, donors, and partners
Support small fundraising campaigns and initiatives
Share success stories through social media and digital content
✅ What we’re looking for
3+ years’ proven experience in fundraising, bid writing, or income generation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
Experience with social media/digital communications
Bonus points if you’ve worked in a small charity, CIC, or community organisation and know your way around local or UK-wide funding opportunities!
