Digital Account Manager- Paid Media (Google, Bing and FB ads)
We’re looking for an innovative self-starter to join our clients Digital Marketing Team, with a focus on managing Google, Bing, and Facebook advertising campaigns for a diverse range of eCommerce clients.
This role involves developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies, often geared toward international market growth. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across the business, supporting consultants with client account management, project delivery, and strategic advice.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage client Google, Bing, and Facebook advertising accounts, delivering strong ROI across Search, Shopping, and Display campaigns.
Ensure clients maximise results from digital marketing and conversion optimisation strategies.
Liaise directly with clients and attend meetings to understand requirements and propose impactful digital marketing solutions.
Conduct keyword and audience research, competitor analysis, and performance reporting while driving continuous refinement and improvement.
Contribute to the development and execution of digital strategies across the wider team.
Support broader eCommerce initiatives, particularly where ad-led conversion rate optimisation impacts clients’ websites.
Deliver digital projects on time and within scope.
Provide client support, training, and advice.
Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and personal development in your specialist field.
Help refine internal processes and business infrastructure, including evaluating new tools and opportunities to drive better results for clients.
Essential Criteria:
Proven experience managing Google, Bing, and Social Media advertising campaigns.
Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills across multiple channels.
Demonstrated enthusiasm, initiative, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
Collaborative team player with strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Awareness of emerging eCommerce and digital marketing technology trends.
Confident with Excel and other online productivity tools.
Strong analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative).
Highly organised with excellent follow-up skills.
Desirable Criteria:
Google & Bing certifications.
Facebook Blueprint Certification.
2+ years’ professional experience in eCommerce, retail, digital marketing, or communications.
Experience across additional digital channels such as SEO, email, content, and community management.
Knowledge of Google Drive and other cloud productivity tools.
