What’s the role all about?
As Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of a wide range of marketing functions, helping to drive brand awareness, online sales, and customer engagement. Your core responsibilities will include:
Social Media & Paid Advertising
Create and execute high-performing Meta Ads strategies to increase conversions and ROI
Monitor, analyse, and report on paid campaign performance, continuously optimising for better outcomes
Oversee both organic and paid social efforts to maintain consistent brand messaging
Email Marketing
Design and manage engaging email campaigns aimed at growing and retaining the customer base
Plan, test, and refine automated email flows to drive sales
Track key email metrics and adjust strategies for ongoing improvement
Content Creation & Events
Front campaigns and create compelling video and social content
Coordinate and promote in-store and online events to attract and retain customers
Collaborate with the design team to produce impactful marketing assets
Influencer Marketing & Outreach
Build and manage partnerships with relevant influencers
Launch and monitor influencer campaigns that align with business objectives
Marketing Office Management
Ensure marketing materials and tools are organised and accessible to support the team
What do we need from you?
We’re looking for someone who:
Has proven experience in marketing, preferably within retail or eCommerce
Is hands-on with email marketing tools such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp
Has a strong track record in managing Meta ads, optimising for conversions, managing budgets, and using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager
Can confidently present on camera and create engaging video content
Has some experience with influencer outreach and collaborations
Is highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Is excited to lead a small, growing team
Is flexible and open to occasional weekend work when required

Working Hours
Full-time role – 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Start time is flexible between 8am and 9am, with a finish time between 5pm and 6pm.
