As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of dynamic communication campaigns – spanning advertising, design, digital and beyond. Working closely with internal teams and clients, you’ll be trusted to shape strategies, oversee implementation and drive results.

You’ll either lead or collaborate with senior account leads to understand client needs, craft bespoke strategies, and build long-term partnerships based on trust, value, and creativity.

✅ What You’ll Need:

• A strong strategic mindset – always thinking beyond the brief

• 4+ years’ experience in an agency environment

• Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns from brief to delivery

• Excellent client-facing, project management and leadership skills

• Solid understanding of media landscapes – digital, traditional and emerging

• Experience working with creative teams and understanding production processes

• A talent for writing reports, creative briefs, and presenting ideas clearly and persuasively

• Financial confidence – estimating, budgeting and reporting
