About the Role

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative marketing strategies that align with business priorities and market objectives. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will ensure a strong, consistent brand presence and drive engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement tactical marketing strategies to support business growth and market positioning.
• Brand Management: Maintain and evolve corporate identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
• Team Leadership: Collaborate with all departments within the business to drive creative marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility.
• Social Media Management: Oversee and develop all social media channels to maximize audience engagement and brand awareness.
• Supplier & Stakeholder Management: Support the design approval process and oversee the production of marketing materials, including print, advertising, and sponsorships.
• External Resourcing: Manage relationships with external agencies, PR services, and creative partners for projects such as press releases, brochures, websites, and promotional materials.
• Media Relations: Coordinate PR and media outreach efforts to align with business strategy and support public engagement for developments.
• Events & Conferences: Lead the planning and execution of corporate events, industry conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Photography & Content: Maintain a high-quality database of imagery and content for marketing use, ensuring visually compelling storytelling.
• Awards & Recognition: Oversee award submissions, collaborating with relevant teams to create strong, compelling entries.
• Market Research & Insights: Provide research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives.
• General Support: Assist the board with ad-hoc research and marketing-related tasks as needed.
