About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts for a prominent brand within the hospitality industry. This role involves managing digital magazines, online platforms, and award sponsorships, with a focus on driving revenue and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership: Achieve annual advertising sales and sponsorship targets across digital, print, and event platforms.
• Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within core and emerging markets.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Team Collaboration: Coach and motivate sales team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and developments to inform strategic decisions.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in media sales or a comparable direct sales environment, with a proven track record of success.
• Skills: Strong reporting and presentation abilities, creative thinking, and proficiency in both telephone and face-to-face sales techniques.
• Attributes: Target-driven, proactive, self-starter with excellent relationship-building skills and a passion for media sales.

Benefits:

• Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 basic per annum, plus up to £12,000 annual bonus opportunity.
