We’re seeking an organised and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing sales data, coordinating promotions, and facilitating new product launches. This role involves data analysis, administrative support, and event coordination, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collate and analyse sales data, identifying trends and preparing reports.
• Manage customer promotion calendars and analyse promotional activity.
• Prepare and maintain customer price lists and New Line Forms.
• Support product launches by ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Track and report new product/customer performance.
• Handle customer sample requests and manage sales team spend records.
• Assist with trade exhibitions and represent the company at events.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team.

Essential Criteria:

• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or assistant role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience supporting a sales team.
• Ability to manage competing demands and learn quickly.

Additional Information:
This role may require occasional travel, including weekends, to attend exhibitions and events. A clean driving license is required.
