Customer Service Supervisor

We’re recruiting for a Customer Service Supervisor to lead and enhance customer support processes, ensuring exceptional service across various channels. This role involves overseeing inquiries, managing complaints, implementing a customer database/CRM, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and improve customer service operations, including inquiries, complaints, and order processing.
  • Develop and manage a customer database/CRM to track feedback and trends.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to identify and resolve recurring issues.
  • Represent the company and its brands at consumer events.
  • Continuously refine customer service processes for better customer satisfaction.

Essential Criteria:

  • 2–3 years' experience in a customer-facing role.
  • 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths (or equivalent).
  • Strong PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience in FMCG or e-commerce (e.g., Shopify).
  • Background in customer service leadership.

Additional Information:
The role may involve occasional travel, including weekends, to attend exhibitions and events. This role will be office based till probation is complete.
