We are looking for someone for our client, who is experienced within Marketing or outdoor advertising to join their client services team.

As a Client Executive, you will be focused on delivering quality service to clients. You’ll have a strong service ethos, strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task.

Developing excellent working relationships with colleagues, clients and media partners will be central to your role, ensuring that internal processes and procedures are implemented throughout.

The role involves-

· Planning, delivering and evaluating Outdoor advertising campaigns.

· Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and media partners.

· Using proprietary systems and data tools in the strategic planning of client campaigns.

· Managing time effectively and working to deadlines.

· Develop business through existing client relationships and new business opportunities.

· Adhering to internal processes and procedures.

· Managing multiple projects simultaneously.

· Providing support to the wider teams within the business.

· Managing client budgets and campaign KPIs.

Essential Requirements

· Two or more years’ experience in a customer service role.

· Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

· Presentation and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work well in a team within a fast-paced environment.

· Acute attention to detail and accuracy.

· Competent in using MS Office desktop software.

Desirable criteria

· Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.

· Good geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland.

· Holder of a UK Driving Licence with access to vehicle.

Full training on company software systems will be provided.
